so... I haven't been keeping up lately... but I have also weighed myself and I am right with ya Addie, I'm at 23o and I feel like crap. Tonight made it worse though... I was low on cash so I went to wendy's and got a chicken sandwich.. not helping myself and it made me feel gross. But I have cut out all soda and chips, supposedly it is really helps you if you cut out the two while working out. I try and drink as much water as I can and green tea.. which I guess also is good?
I have been working out with kayla some running/walking... and going to the gym to lift weights when I can.
But I know exactly what you mean.. all my friends are sticks.. they say I'm fat.. It drives me nuts.. but I guess we all have something about ourselves we would like to change.
