Adrienne!!

So this was my idea like Jess said. I just have no motivation so I needed something and someone to compete with. Hopefully my competitiveness will kick in...fast. Ha. I also have my roommate Melissa telling me to work out SO it should be good. And hopefully it will work. When I was asking Mels to help she asked if it was diet too and i just laughed and said "baby steps." tomorrow i'm going to Lauren's to weigh myself so we can get a good measurement. Then we'll post our weights and we'll see who ends up losing weight and who loses money!! Wooo I'm kinda really excited. And I hope I win... because I don't want to pay her! ha But we'll see how well this works. Maybe we'll post pictures...clothed. So you can see our differences... We'll see how well this works!

  1. What are your methods for weight loss? Change in food habits? I have lots of pointers... you can also come in and meet with our nutritionist.

  2. Working out...intensely. Can't really afford too much of a change in diet. I eat pretty healthy normally but I don't know we'll see.
